Happy Valentine's Day to all our friends!  It has been a long time since we've posted here at P+E and we've missed you!  But Judd and I have had some major unexpected changes come our way, so we've had to put blogging on the back burner for a bit while we focus on some other things.  I promise we will be back soon with an update, but for now, we'd just like to wish you and yours a very happy Valentine's Day!!
